• " Hotel was great. It is close to the activities that we were attending, within walking distance. When we arrived and went to our room, the key would not work to let us into the hall. A maid let us in. When we got into our room it was a double and we had requested a king. We called the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room and brought the key to us. We did not have to go back to the lobby at all. They took care of the problem immediately. "

• " My husband and I attend the football games at Fresno State and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the stadium. The staff was friendly and was very accommodating. We arrived by Amtrak and the hotel sent someone to pick us up at the station. He was very friendly and helpful. They also took us back to the station when we were leaving. It was a great experience. "

• " Generally, nicer than average facility. 2.5 - 3.0 stars. Nice lobby and lounge but seemed unused by hotel. Continental breakfast was held in one of the hotel rooms that had the furniture removed and replaced with tables which seemed a little tacky. Why not use the nice lounge near lobby? Conveniently located close to Fresno state university. I would stay again. "
