• " For the price, location and high level of customer service this hotel is a hidden gem in Hayward\CV. The front desk staff was outstanding as was housekeeping. The staff made the stay so pleasant, I didn’t want to leave. They need to change the name to The Comfortable Inn. A real home away from home for the family trip or business traveler. The stable wireless web access a real plus. Hot waffles, fruit and cappuccino for breakfast today, off to work I go. BRAVO, nicely done! "
