• " Hotel aesthetics were nice, room was nice in good condition, staff was helpful and kind, but there was noise that was not taking care of and no sleep was able to be gotten at this place, never again at this place. "

• " Room backed up to noisy truck yard making sleep very difficult. We were late getting in and, although I called ahead to make sure that the room with a queen-size bed would be held for us, when we finally made it into our room it was 2 doubles instead. Key didn't work initially, by the time we were in; we were too tired to move. "

• " The room was very nice: microwave, refrigerator, clean, comfortable and all around pleasant. Yes, it isn't in LA's best neighborhood; however, it is very close to car rental returns and the airport is very convenient (less than 5-10 minutes). Hotel staff was helpful. You can spend more, for a nicer neighborhood but, really isn't the real reason you want a hotel room because you want to stay in a nice comfortable place. Better than the Radisson, which we stayed at a couple of nights earlier. "
