• " We love this hotel, but we heard every step the people above us took, and their water pipes sounded like a horn playing! Our refrigerator was leaking, and they came and emptied the ice and put a towel down. It continued to leak. Other than that, the service was excellent. There was a spa special that was reasonable, and the spa was wonderful. "
