• " This hotel has a lot of potential. It is in a great location, within walking distance from the aquarium and other attractions of long beach. However, the beds were horrible. All of the beds were the same and provided no support. I had to pull the mattress onto the floor to sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The towels were very rough, not what I would expect from a 3 star hotel. Besides the bed, it was a good experience. "

• " Downtown Long Beach is a very colorful place. There are lots of bars and good restaurants of every sort. This Marriott hotel is right in the heart of this area. The staff was friendly and efficient. The parking structure is adjacent to the hotel. The $10/day is fair but the parking lot is not guarded, and anybody could get access to your vehicle from the street. But that's why we have insurance! <BR/> "
