• " It was right on the freeway and very noisy, only 1 pillow each, old pillows at that mattress was marginal. All the furniture was very old and beat up. Phone didn't work at all - no dial tone. Very disappointed. "

• " Photo of hotel is so very cropped so it doesn't show the giant freeway overpass directly overhead or the train tracks directly behind that woke us up repeatedly throughout the night. Not close to the mission at all. Hotel Wi-Fi didn't work and when front desk was called they only offered an 800 tech support number. And using the term "continental breakfast" was a complete stretch. Try Svenhard's crappy plastic-wrapped fast food Danishes and a pamper of coffee with powdered creamer. That's it. Total crap experience. Oh, and by the way, it was the first night of our honeymoon. "
