You will find our 140 guest rooms to be spacious and comfortable either pool or lakefront. • " We enjoyed our trip to San Marcos resort, although we were disappointed with several aspects of the room. The lobby gave a great first impression, but the rooms were aged and the bathrooms were awful. They consisted of a wall unit that looked like a built in vacuum and only exuded a light breeze. The bed was comfortable and the lake was nice, but we felt like we were in a bit of a time warp. "

• " The hotel worked for our needs. Wish the door to the outside had a latch (because we have small children). Was surprised to find another guest's shirt rolled into the couch bedding. The staff immediately came and completely changed all the bedding upon our call to housekeeping/front desk. "

• " We had to be moved to a different room because we found cock roaches in the bathroom, the door frame was rotting out and the tile was falling off the tub area. The carpet throughout the hotel was filthy! "

• " Hotel is old with mis-matched interior in the rooms. Room was clean with comfortable bed,<BR/>I suppose, newer mattresses. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were older and worn out, the lobby is beautiful and new. "
