I stayed here for 4 nights. Room is big and very comfortable. The only problem is that we had to wait for housekeeper to clean the room every afternoon. We were out before 10am and were back around 4:45pm. The room had not been cleaned, so we had to walk to the lobby and waited there every day. If they can finish the housekeeping before 4pm, I will give them 5 stars.

Well, I gave this hotel failing grades because of following reasons:
1. Customer Service was not at par with any other hotels I have stayed lately. I went for Oracle open World Conference and was staying in Embassy Suites few - 3-4 miles away and was unable to extend my stay there so at last minute got this hotel as a 3.5 star hotel. Much to my dismay it was such a sad experience after enjoying the beenfis of embassy suites. I am not trying to compare Apples to Oranges. I have stayed in JW Marriott chain of Hotels and have experienced those luxaries but for a 3-4 star hotel - This hotel was too low for my expectations.
2. 11.95 dollars for a Continental Breakfast ? You must be kidding me.
3. No Free Internet Connectivity ? This is a perk that now a days even studio 8 is giving away.
4. Cleanliness and friendliness both were in question both at checkin and checkout.
Last but not least - Rooms were too congested. We asked for a baby crib and after opening the crib there was barely room for us to walk.
I think much major improvements are needed in order for anyone to convince me to stay at a courtyard. Especially this one.

Excellent hotel. Would stay there again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean and well maintained with very good beds, bedding, and linens. Excellent climate control in each room, a good working area, plus microwave and refrigerator. (Microwave on request). Refrigerator had no freezer, which I would have liked for keeping some frozen dinners; since I had a 6-month baby with me part of the time, and it would have been convenient not to have to deal with eating out at a restaurant with the baby. However, I'm aware this hotel is aimed at the preferences of a business traveler. This particular hotel had a morning restaurant (for a fee) on the premises, but there were many restaurants nearby. My preference is a free extended continental breakfast, of course. All in all, a very good place to stay, with free parking.
