• " The slightly longer drive to SFO is well worth the accommodations at the Marriot San Mateo. Located next to Highway 101, the hotel has many amenities; however we only used the room itself, opting for outside restaurants rather than in-house or room service and outdoor activities. Rooms were very well appointed, comfortably large and the desk actually has the number and type of power outlets and computer audio and visual connections a road warrior business traveler needs. A big and surprising, negative was that Wi-Fi is not included, requiring an additional $9.99 per day. Seems cheap for a four star hotel. I commonly get Wi-Fi for free at two star motels. "
