• " Worst hotel ever. Honestly, if you get a roadside room you are in trouble. The floors are dirty, the toilet smelled of a homeless man's urine, and the room was not that cool. Only bright side was the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were a good brand. "

• " This hotel did not come close to its star rating. For example, the staff wanted to charge an additional for two double beds versus one king. There are two sides to the hotel: the north side is very noisy on the intersection of Cabrillo and Castillo Blvd while the rooms on the south side appear to be more updated (with plantation shutters, etc.). "
