• " The only real problem is that we needed a ground floor room and did not get it and was told we could not get it when we arrived. No elevator at the hotel and we had to pay to have our suitcases taken upstairs. Now the staff (1 person) was very congenial and helpful, but the stairs were a problem for us. If we had been advised of this problem, we would have gone elsewhere to meet our needs. However, it was a good value for the money we spent. "
