Guest Reviews of Ramada Limited Santa Rosa/Wine Country

  • " I arrived at the Ramada Inn at about 3:30 PM, half an hour past check in. The desk was unattended and I had to use the night phone to get the woman to come to the front. Apparently she lives in a house attached to the hotel, so its somewhat convenient that she's there all of the time. The room was clean and a decent size as well. I immediately noticed the noise from the road, it is right next to highway 101, so I didn't expect it to be quiet, but there was a large, obvious gap between the door and the door frame that I've never seen in other hotels. This was later evident as I was awoken to kids running by the door at seven in the morning and I could feel it throughout the whole room. Kids are kids and I don't hold that against them, but a second floor room in a hotel shouldn't vibrate whenever a kid runs by. Other than that, the hotel is a good spot to stay for a night or two, there is a pool and I guess there's also free cereal and coffee in the morning. I only stayed there because it was cheap on labor day weekend. It wasn't much better than a motel 6. "

  • " Clean no frills hotel. Staff was friendly enough. I have stayed in much nicer hotel rooms in other areas for a lot less. There is a Star bucks in the same parking lot though. "

  • " Far from Santa Rosa proper, overpriced, and pretty basic. Also quite loud with traffic right nearby. "

  • " Run down old furniture, light bulbs missing, curtain hooks missing so curtains wouldn't shut properly, had to pin them with a safety pin I had in my purse. The remote control for TV, was wrong one and also had dead batteries. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. "
