• " First, I called for directions which were provided incorrectly. The hotel staff was unprofessional and did not appear to care about their hotel or guests. An example of this is when I arrived, the pool was closed and a guest complained as she was checking in, the man at the desk was rude to her. The location was in an undesirable part of town with vagrants walking through the parking lot. The room was below average, mostly clean but I could hear guests from a few doors down all night long as well as water in the pipes which kept me awake most of the night - with earplugs in place! I would not recommend this specific hotel. "
