• " Had horrible experience, they gave me a room in distant build. Keys did not work, had to re-carry baggage, three times before getting new room. They had internet service that did not work and this was critical to my stay. They had no resolve. Very disappointed. <BR/> "

• " One of the staff was friendly and helpful. We had an early morning flight and the staff kindly unlocked the breakfast room for us to quickly grab a bagel before we hit the road. Yet another staff did not even try to correct the mistake about giving us a smoke room. <BR/> "

• " Planes, trains and automobiles, we felt like we were in a movie! Pack your earplugs. The bathrooms were clean but the rest of the room was bad, we barely wanted to open our suitcases in case things would get contaminated. "

• " For a quick stay and not much else, this La Quinta will do the job. It probably is not recommended to walk to the back of the property to stay in the separate building of rooms - one must cross a set of railroad tracks in a poorly-lit industrial area. The rooms in this separate building were moderate at best but sufficiently old and felt unclean at times. Overall, a moderate hotel closes to SFO but not much more. <BR/> "

• " Extremely disappointed in this LQ - I've been using LQ's for years. This hotel is filthy (public areas and rooms). I had to change rooms twice, before finding an acceptable room for my 3-day stay, due to bugs (alive and dead) in rooms, the smell of sewage, phones and TV's not working. I will never recommend it. "
