• " After checking in, I was sitting on the bed and noticed little bugs flying around. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. My partner was in the bathroom and told me she saw a cockroach near the toilet area. I told the front desk about it and they went to look and didn't believe me. The lady at the front counter was very rude when I told her that I was not lying about the cockroach. They did not offer us another room. "

• " The location is terrible; the staff argued with me regarding airport shuttle service, there wasn't even a alarm clock in the room. The bathroom seemed clean enough but I wasn't sure about the linens or the carpet and the lighting is awful. I wouldn't stay here again. <BR/> "
