• " Furniture worn. Non-smoking room with Cigarette smell. Toilet overflowed and I was handed a plunger and towel(no mop) to clean it up. Refused to help. I don’t like the idea of Plunging their toilet. Had to beg for more towels for personal use. Carpet was stained a dirty. Family of owners took table and left us to eat in room. I feel you really let me down with this booking. Would have never stayed there and will never again. "
