• " The fitness room was little more than a walk-in closet with a stationary bike, treadmill, and multi-purpose weight machine. It was very hot and cramped. The person checking me in did not care that they had made an error and that I had to either pay more for a room upgrade or take a non-smoking room up on the 2nd floor. I had to ask someone else staying there to help me get my bags up to my room. The employee did not offer to help at all. "

• " This may be ok after their renovations are complete but while we were there was only rubber carpet padding on the floors. In the 2 rooms we tried the clothes hanging rod fell off the wall, the tub and sink could not be closed to fill with water for a bath or rinsing out. "
