• " I think the rooms had been recently remodeled, so they were nice, nothing special. I was very upset that they didn't wake me up when I asked. When they said that I did not hear the phone ring, I assured them that was because the phone did not ring. They weren't too concerned that I could have missed an important meeting. I am assuming that this is not a common occurrence. "
