• " I was for an overnight layover in Colorado Springs. I purposely stayed at this hotel because it claimed to have a free airport shuttle, but when I landed after a long day of travel I called the hotel and the front desk clerk was rude and informed me that they didn't have a shuttle and refused to help me find a taxi. I ended up taking a taxi from the airport. The distance was much further and the taxi ride ended up costing me $25 one way. When I checked in the same front desk clerk again was not helpful and very rude. I was very disappointed and I don't say that very often. I also called and asked for a wakeup call which I never received. Very disappointing. "

• " Good motel for the price, rooms were clean but there were clothing tags and pop bottles under the beds when we arrived. Night manager did not impress my wife or I with a somewhat short attitude. Otherwise a very friendly staff, and pleasant stay. "

• " When we arrived the staff was nice. I opened up the door to our room and was very disappointed. The whole room was out dated. Brass door knobs were rusted, stains on the carpet and chair, dead bugs in the bathroom light fixture (thank goodness I didnt see any live bugs). The bathtub railing was coming off the wall, baseboards and wall had paint chipping. You could feel the springs through the mattress. "
