• " The staff was less than helpful when we had concerns and problems with our room. The staff left the door to our hotel room standing wide open all day. We came in at midnight to find the door open, all the lights and TV on. The staff was not concerned when we reported this to them. Staff also tried to state that it was us who left the door open. Bed was uncomfortable, so I requested more pillows, the staff was unable to accommodate this request because they didn't have any extras. The room felt dingy and dirty, and the wall were so thin we could hear the conversations both next door and outside. "

• " The location was very convenient for me. I was in town to visit my son for Mother's Day. We had an out of town hockey tournament and when I returned (late) the front doors of the hotel were locked. The sign on the door said to ring the bell, I did so, no answer. So I called the hotel front desk, no answer. It rang, and rang, and rang. I almost thought I was going to have to call the local authorities so I could get into the hotel. I walked around the hotel until I found another entrance. Fortunately, I was able to get in. I told the Front Desk Mgr the next morning of the problem I had. I will not stay at this hotel again. That incident changed my mind about my stay there. "

• " Great place to stay when you need to fly out of Colorado Springs. Nice pool, but not able to take time to enjoy. Staff gave good recommendation for dinner.
