• " The Burnsley Hotel on Grant street in Denver fell short of our expectations and in no way could it be<BR/>a 3.5 stars hotel. It is a barely renovated apt. complex. The room we stayed in had old and worn-out hardware and bathroom fixtures, a lumpy uncomfortable mattress and some light fixtures did not work. The hotel also seemed short of housekeeping staff. "

• " The hotel was great it was very clean, and it was great to be able to leave the car at the hotel while we were on vacation instead of at the airport. It was quite a bit less expensive to do it that way. The only problem I had with the hotel was the beds they were very hard and uncomfortable. <BR/> "

• " Check in was quick, the front desk staff that waited on me at check in was not friendly but when calling for assistance and at check out staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was great with 2 types of pillows to choose from. Room service was quick and efficient; the food was just as I had ordered. A great place to stay for peace and quiet and a good nights rest. <BR/> "
