• " When I called they told me they had a shuttle service to the hospital. When I checked in I was informed that they didn't. Marissa was very nice and helped me find someone who could provide affordable transportation. The rooms were ok. I found out that 50% of the customers are long renters so I guess they don't care as much about impressing them. The elevator had tiles missing. It was nice that they had an exercise room. "

• " No-smoking rules were not always observed- entire hallways smelled like smoke. You have to have your own car or rely on shuttles and taxis to get there. There is nothing you get to on foot, not even a convenience store. "
