• " The hotel was beautiful in the lobby, the rooms were cute but the room size was very tiny and cramped, the air conditioning never cooled the room and we had to pay $26.00 for parking - wrong size bed, view was a brick wall. Did I mention we barely could walk around the bed, just cramped! Did not want to spend any time in room, bed was uncomfortable and hotel was very loud, we got no sleep even with earplugs. I would not stay here again and felt it did not live up to a four star hotel. We were disappointed for our getaway weekend. "

• " Our suite wasn't ready when we arrived. We were thankful that we were hungry so that we could kill the hour or so before our room was ready. The windows in our room didn't open creating a stuffy, closed in feeling. There was no balcony of any kind in our suite or anywhere for that matter. I won't stay there again. "
