• " The property is actually undergoing name change to Clarin, so the sign outside can be very confusing, and the entrance is not very clear. We almost got killed by a speeding car on Elizabeth st. when making a left turn into the lot. The restaurant is gorgeous, plenty of selections. "

• " Nonprofessional Staff - Our reservations were not entered in their computer correctly. We were lucky to have our confirmation papers with us! Then, on our second day, we had to re-check in because our reservations were still not correct. We paid way too much for the service we received. We were late for two events because of the time required to check in both times. "

• " Lack of maintenance! Both doors into the room were not secured, door striker plate was not fastened to the frame, door security chain/latch was not secured to door thus rendered it useless! "

• " They advertised free full breakfast when we went to eat the ask for a coupon which we were never given one staff said she'd get us one then we were ask to leave and we could not have breakfast because we got our room via internet, in the mean time my nine year old had already served himself and was made to leave his food there. No manager was on duty throughout my stay. I was unable to make a formal complaint. I was not happy! "

• " The hotel is located close to local dining and easy access on and off of highways. The continental breakfast was acceptable, but could have offered fruit and Danish. The landscaping was nice at the front lobby area. "
