• " Stayed there for the Jazz Aspen Snowmass festival this past August 2008. I expected a much larger room, separate shower/tub and maid service daily. We had to call for the maid and took out our own trash. We were placed in the farthest corner of the hotel for some reason or another with a great view of the retaining wall outside. Food was killer though. "

Some of the hotel staff, mainly those who clean the rooms or some of the other workers other than the front desk took some items out of our refrigerator and took it for themselves. My wife and I caught this and asked for them to return it. Which they did. They said they had made a mistake. "

• " The hotel and room are great for the price. However, the lack of air conditioning meant leaving the windows open all the time and the staff would empty glass bottles in the trash at 12:30 p.m. and 5 a.m. interfering with sleep. Furthermore, the hotel was just too hot without better ventilation or cooling. "
