• " Hotel was very clean, staff friendly, free use of business room and computer. Great to relax in the pool, hot tub or workout in the fitness room. Warm and great tasting cookies at the front desk in the evening. My kids looked forward to that as we stayed there four nights. "

• " Staff helpful, but not the extra-mile type. I'm still upset that 4 days later there is still a pending charge against my credit card that they placed on it at check in that I didn't use. It should have been reversed upon checkout. "
