• " This was a great stay because of how nice the accommodations were and how good the service was. Check in was a breeze. I arrived late afternoon after traveling many hours and had not had breakfast or lunch. Although room service was not officially running at this hour, they made a special trip and the restaurant manager delivered my room service. By the way, the restaurant has some of the best New England clam chowder I've ever had! "

• " The hotel is situated in a nice location and across the street from the aquarium which was probably why there were a lot of kids in the hotel. We checked in late at night and it was quiet, however, we were rudely awaken early in the morning by some kids in the hallway and a slamming door. The WiFi was also not working and we were told that someone had unplugged the antenna from the router that night. Other than that, the gym and the pool were nice. The room was rather big but we were in a handicapped room so I'm not sure what the regular room size is. The fireplace in the lobby area was cozy and the bar seems well appointed but we didn't go there. We like the fact that they were pet-friendly. Overall it is a good family hotel with nice amenities in a convenient location, you just need to bring your ear plugs with you. "
