• " Four Points Norwalk is a decent 2 star hotel. The staff is friendly, they have good free coffee in the morning, but the rooms are small and in need of renovation. It does not compare well with the nearby Courtyard, with which it competes. "

• " The hotel was a convenient stopping off place for us on our way to our New York destination. The staff were friendly and helpful (not their fault there was a screaming child in the lobby as we arrived). The lounge area on a Friday night was not welcoming seemed a bit like a drinking hangout. However, we were able to find a restaurant conveniently located nearby. Fine for what we needed, though the smell of the room as we opened the door and stepped in did bother me. "
