• " The hotel is under construction; the elevators were not working properly - a person was stuck in the elevator while I was leaving. The housekeeping was really bad. Floors dirty, tub dirty - They knocked on my door at 9 am to clean; Then the staff was very loud in the hallways talking to each other. <BR/> "

• " I expected more from the renovated rooms. While intention of many hotels these days is to get rid of unnecessary furnitures, this hotel put many big furnitures, causing space issues. For example, the dual draw cabinet and bathroom cabinets took so much walking space. The front desk lady could have given more eye contact and offer some smile but she was kind of cold. Forgot her name but I checked in the evening around 9pm. "
