• "I am not happy at all with procaine, since you overbooked at residence inn nearby stony brook for two nights on oct.24 and 25.you sent us to nearby Hampton inn, we were not comfortable at all. You told us to give full 2 days credit back to our credit card, but still the credit was not back to our credit card. We are not happy at all!!! Please take care of this matter ASAP."
