• " The hotel was in a great location; it was very close to the beach and numerous restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest drawbacks were the rooms. While they were clean, the decor was very dated, and the mattress was hard as a rock. "

• " We were looking for clean accommodations, and close proximity to the beach. This hotel met all of our expectations, it was clean (except the pool wasn't clean, the water was very cloudy), the continental breakfast was very basic, but passable, and it was a short walk (50 yards) to the beach. We were very satisfied with our stay, it suited our needs. "

• " Hotel was in a great location. Beach was just down the block from the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms could use a bit of updating and a fresh coat of paint. Mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable. Maid service was good. Our room was cleaned, beds made and fresh clean towels every day. I would consider going there again. "

• " Not luxury, but the best you can get for the price. We went the weekend before Memorial Day and I couldn't have asked for better. The maid service was lacking, but the manager made up for it with a free room upgrade. Very good location for a quiet getaway. Quiet beach, Rehoboth boardwalk and outlets a short drive away. Well worth it! "
