• " Upon arriving at room, turned on light switch. No entry light, light was broken and unplugged. Smoking room, but no ash tray. Clean towels, but no wash cloths. No alarm clock. TV remote batteries held in with a piece of cardboard and clear tape. Continental breakfast was a joke, choice of two or three cereals, bagel, toast or a sweet roll. Out of orange juice. Out of hot water to make hot tea or hot chocolate. I don't drink coffee. Had just enough milk left for the cereal, not enough for the wife to have milk in her coffee lacking creamer. Would not recommend this motel. "

• " An old and worn hotel, but well maintained and a great value for the dollar. My only two qualms were a lack of washcloths and the unreliability of the wireless internet. I also thought there were free USA Today newspapers, but I didn't see any. On the upside, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the pool and other facilities (especially the landscaping) were well maintained. The hotel is right off Florida's Turnpike, and is in a fairly safe area (unlike other parts of Kissimmee). There's not a lot of the WOW factor here, but if you just need a decent place to crash for the night and want to spend as little as possible, this option works just fine. "

• " Service was great! No bugs clean rooms we had a great time. Its pretty far from the parks and other tourist stuff (30 minutes drive). <BR/> "

• " The shower did not work well. Only a small amount of water actually came out of the shower head and it was far from warm. The room did not have any wash clothes. The room was unusually small. Extra fee for wireless internet. "

• " If possible, avoid staying at this hotel. While the rooms are not unclean, the staff is not customer service focused and the whole place has the appearance of a hotel of last resort. The pool was closed. Three of the four elevators are out of service. The roofs leak everywhere. Many people just loiter in the hallways and the parking lot. This is not the place to spend the night with your family. "
