• " The bell staff was extremely rude.<BR/>Only one elevator was working. The mattresses were awful. We had to sleep in separate beds on our honeymoon. The carpets were filthy. The window were filthy. This list doesn't include the chipped bath tub, the outdated furniture and plumbing. The air was stuffy because the air vents were plugged up with dust. "

• " This hotel should be a one star. I stay at Holiday Inns across the country and this is hands down, the worst one ever. One elevator was still out of service and the other was incredibly slow. At the restaurant, there was no one to seat us. We sat ourselves and then our assigned server took our initial drink order and then never returned to take our order. We ordered from a different waiter, got another round of drinks from another waitress and our bill came from yet another waiter. There were two couples in the entire restaurant and the wait staff hung out in the corner texting and talking. The hallways of the hotel smell like stale mold, the paint is coming off of the walls. The ocean view rooms are just that views. No windows to open or patios to sit on. The parking is in a ramp across the street. 16.00 for 24hours or you can use valet for 18.00! There was not one thing besides the pool that was decent. And even the pool had no bar service! You had to put your shirt and shoes on, go inside get a drink and come back out and take your shirt and shoes off. There is no direct ocean access. you go out of the hotel back entrance and walk down the boardwalk about one block and finally you can get to the ocean. Lets see. Oh yeah, vending machines are on every other floor and only the ones on the main floor do not have an out of order sign on tem. Do not stay here! I read the other reviews and thought that the people were being picky. Not the case. This hotel is trash! Avoid this hotel. "
