I was traveling with my elderly mother. We arrived at the hotel at about 11 pm. There is nowhere to park except a parking garage blocks away, and I did not feel that it was safe to park and walk in the middle of the night with my mother in downtown Atlanta. So we were forced to pay $19 for valet parking. Even though the room was very nice, I would rather stay at another hotel that either does have parking for their guests or who requires only a modest sum for the convenience of taking care of your vehicle.

I loved the convenience of this hotel, the staff were extra super friendly and helpful. However, the pipes banged like a jackhammer every time someone took a shower. This made for an odd morning waking up before we wanted to. The free breakfast was great!

Hotel was nice and comfortable, but in a less traveled part of downtown where I did not feel 100% safe walking.
