• " I went downstairs at 2:00 am and asked front desk clerk to request them to quiet down. She called up to their room. They continued to get louder, banging on my door, staff did not come up again or further request them to stop. Up all night, very frustrating. Next day I moved to another room as this group was to be there for more days. "
