• " We had some trouble with housekeeping knocking/entering the room (despite having a sign on the door). Management was very responsive to our complaints and it would not change my review of the hotel. I would say if you had an issue (and I think this was just an off weekend) to call them immediately. They are very understanding and friendly. The hotel was clean and location was great otherwise! "

• " It was very convenient to all walking areas of Savannah. Desk staff was nice. Elevator was slow, but we took the stairs since we stayed on the 2nd floor. Valet parking was $16/day which was a little steep compared to others in the area. Loved the bathroom separate from the bedroom. Mom could get up early and start dressing without disturbing sleeping kid. "
