Guest Reviews of Resortquest Waikiki Sunset

  • " Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Waikiki Sunset. I liked the view that I had from my corner bedroom. The staff was very nice and friendly. I'm still not sure if they were changing the bed sheets everyday, it looked like they did? Also, I liked that they clean the rooms every day and changed our towels. "

  • " This hotel had a beautiful view, not right on the beach but close enough. The room was perfect for a traveling family. It had a full kitchen and was fantastic for us. It was a little bit older looking, but well worth it. "

  • " For the money, you definitely could not beat this hotel. I received an upgrade from a single room to a double room initially, and then was further upgraded when I stated the room smelled bad. The new room had a great view, but could use some updating. The bathroom floor had some cracks and the elevators were hard to catch at times. The staff was excellent! "

  • " Front desk had poor customer service skill. There were dirty towels in the room. Brown marks on towels does not make a good impression "
