• " The hotel was in a perfect location in the heart of downtown Chicago; you could walk to millennium park(where the "bean" is) or venture out onto Michigan ave for some fabulous shopping/dining!Our room was like a studio room(very small), I expected a lot more space. There was a queen sized bed/desk/TV all crammed into this little area. The staff was very helpful(we did have a problem and had to call front desk and they were prompt). "
