• " The young lady at the desk was watching television and had her bare feet on the desk when I approached her to ask a question. She knew nothing about the location of the hotel with nearby towns. She was barely more helpful than a rock and exhibited no business sense in her casual dress and manners. The breakfast waste basket was full and she made no attempt to clear it. Her main effort was to do as little as possible and she accomplished it. "
