• " Would never stay at the hotel ever again. My air conditioner broke and management would not change my room - I was told keep my door closed (it had been for the last 6 hours). Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I travel over 200 days per year. Should be condemned. "

• " I was very dissatisfied with my accommodations. I thought the rating I picked was equivalent to perhaps a Motel 6 or Days Inn environment, it was not. The continental breakfast was horrible; the room did not appear to be up to standards. I went to the room as late as possible to avoid spending any time in it .I truly tried to find another hotel in that area for the evening, but due to having paid for this room, and the availability of other hotels within our price range, we stayed on. We did however; find a Motel 6 in the area whose accommodations were much more to our liking, as well as the Quality Inn across the street from the Knights Inn. "
