• " It was dirty, the blanket had multiple burn holes, and the toilet was almost unusable due to filth. The security lock was gone (chain) one light bulb was burned out and they charged as much as a two star hotel charges. All they could say when we complained was we're sorry. No thought of a rebate. When they sent someone to clean, they didn't have the proper supplies, plus they brought their kids with them at 9pm and they ran all over the place. Ugly. "
