I thought the hotel was nice and clean and the location was great. The hotel was not at all busy. Since I am female and was traveling alone, I requested a room on the first floor (for safety). My room was on the first floor but it was looking out into the parking lot. But, I could have requested a different room, but choose not to. I did request a wake up call, the first call to the operator went unanswered until the message system picked up. I left a message and then thought better of it. So, I called again and did manage to reach a live person. But, the next morning, I never received the wake up call. The young man and the desk when I was checking out said "Oh, Wow" when I told him I never got the wake up call. Not too concerned, and the city on my receipt was wrong. Again, not too concerned!

Upon entering into the foyer where the elevator was located, we immediately commented on the decor and the cleanliness. When we exited the elevator everything again looked very clean and well taken care of. Our room was right down the hallway, a very welcome sight for someone with a walker. Cleanliness came shining through as we opened our door to a very large room. We were very comfortable the entire night.

The hotel was great and I have not complaints with the hotel. The hotel put us up in a different hotel at a different part of town that had electricity. It is not fair that the customer is penalized due to circumstances beyond anyone control. Hotels that had power were booking up fast and we were just glad they could find us one. The hotel told us we should take it for two nights since they did not know when the power would be on and that way we would have a place to stay. That's stealing.
