• " With so many guests cramped in such small spaces- the lobby, breakfast area, laundry room, pool, and so on- were so claustrophobic and inconvenient. They take advantage of being so close to Holiday world. And there was not much of a selection for breakfast; it was more like a snack. The only choice for waffles were malted, and most people complained. That is an acquired taste, and i do not know why they would assume that most people would want that. Also, the staff acted more annoyed than anything when having to deal with a request. I could go on and on. The only thing good about this hotel is the location. "

• " We requested a non smoking room and they said all they had available was a smoking room. They didn't clean our room and then said we had the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. This was a lie. "
