• " The day we arrived, there were small dead bugs (large gnats) everywhere: the nightstand; bathtub, bathroom floor, bathroom countertop, and probably the carpets. We did not notify the desk, but by day 2, they had been thoroughly cleaned up. When the AC was on, the window curtains blew high up into the air, leaving no privacy from anyone looking at the windows from outside. We found the staff to be courteous. Breakfast was good. The swimming pool water was warm, but we did not swim. "
