• " Pay the extra $10 to stay in another hotel. We stayed there because we thought we would just be sleeping there and would be out and about during the day. We figured we would go cheap just to have a place to sleep and shower. The pool was out of order, the rooms were unwelcoming, and the overall experience was bad. They did clean the rooms each night and put new sheets on the bed each night. "

• " Our experience in this hotel was horrible. There was a holder for a hair dryer and a sign out front saying their rooms had hair dryers but when asked they said they didn't carry them. The beds had 2x4 boards sticking out from underneath them and all of us hit our legs on them. The heater went out in the middle of the night and started blowing in 10 degree air from outside. The staff was very unfriendly and didn't speak very good English. "

• " If the staff would have followed through with their offer of assistance and they would have actually had the amenities they advertise right in the front of the hotel, it would have been fine. I am big on receiving what is advertised as "the normal" amenities, especially while traveling. "
