• " I will never visit that hotel until remove the woman worker in reception. Finally she call me on Tuesday at 7:00 am when I arrived home; I was sleeping and she woke-up me to tell me that make charges in my credit card for two reservations for Monday and Tuesday that my husband and me was cancelled; I think she does not like people that speak Spanish because I speak that language with my family and sometime I need translators. "
