• " Everything appeared to be very nice and well kept at first. But appearances were deceiving. My rooms mattress was thin and non-supportive. My neck and back hurt for two days after one night in their bed. The thin non insulated walls are also noisy. Every time a door closed somewhere in the building I heard and felt it. "
