• " Everything was fine at this hotel, but nothing was great! It was clean, comfortable and in a decent location across the river from Cincinnati. The service at the desk was ok, not rude, but not that responsive to requests (we had asked for an upgrade to a balcony room which they gave us for an additional charge, but them we had to move back to our old room because the room had only 1 bed and we were girlfriends traveling together. Again, everything nice, nothing wow. "
