• " When I arrived at this hotel, I was told that this was not a guaranteed arrival room, and my reservation had been cancelled and there were no more rooms. After some discussion, they were able to find a room for me, and at check-out, I found that they did have my credit card number on file all along. The night desk clerk was unprofessional and would have sent us away without a room had I not protested. It was quite frustrating. "

• " The hotel did not have my reservation correct, and they thought I was checking out on Saturday instead of Sunday. Someone tried to come into my room, as I was getting out of the shower. I had to call the front desk to confirm that my reservation had been corrected instead of them contacting me to apologize. I was not impressed with the staff that day! "
