• " On the room I had problems getting someone right away, also and getting another room close to our partner travelers that was with us, we had to remove all our stuff from hotel room and move into another down the hall, in which we was tired, then said had heated pool and wasn't, so I didn't get to enjoy that, was one main reasons I wanted to stay there. Actually I was disappointed, and thought I should be compensated for my stay. "
